It is with regret that we have to cancel Hullabaloo due to the government’s announcement for people not to attend theatres, pubs and venues (see https://tinyurl.com/t6ssvqa) and it would seem appropriate to cancel the event.

Hullabaloo Improvisation Orchestra – 7.30pm (3rd Tuesday of every month). £5 entry
The Hullabaloo Improvising group is gathering again. We will be meeting on the third Tuesday of every month. We had an inspiring festival last November with an excellent performance from the group and some great guests. We are now looking to develop new ideas and approaches to an improvising group.
Hullabaloo is a night of musical adventure, an improvising orchestra open to all instrumentalists, singers and sound explorers, you just need a sense of sonic adventure to join in. We use games, strategies and exercises to develop our ears and musical imaginations, creating music that grows and changes and playing with the joy and possibilities of improvisation.
The sessions are led by Tim Hill. The group has been meeting for two years and has over 20 regular members, from viola to electronics, brass to singers.
We are building to another festival in November, and performances and collaborations with visual artists, filmmakers and poets. We ask for a £5 donation to cover costs.
