Stuck indoors? Need to be creative? Then why not take up the CICCIC challenge of entering our two art and photgraphy competitions.
We will then create two online exhibitions of the work for all to enjoy. You’ll get the chance to exhibit work and win a small prize.
Art Competition Theme
What does the isolation and social distancing mean to you during the Covid19 outbreak? Does it affect your outlook on life or society? Do you feel doom or have a positive feeling about it. Is there a physical or spiritual element or even political or sensitive point you feel you need to make?
Either way we want you to draw, paint, or use computer graphics or video to show us how you see the impact of COVID19.
You can be of any age to enter. Simply send your finished work as a JPEG as a 3MB file or less, along with artwork title, your full name and short description of the work e.g. size, what inspired you, what the artwork means or other comment about it to by April 30th 2020 to: artcomp@creativeinnovationcentre.co.uk
Photo Exhibition Theme
‘Looking through Glass’ is this months photographic exhibition contest.
We would like you to submit a photograph that reflects or symbolizes what you see from your windows while being stuck in. Your window can be real or metaphoric. You may even send in a manipulated image.
What we want to do is get a real picture of what life is like outside but from within. So if its that squirrel that visits your garden or a sunrise beating down on that jogger running by, we want you to enter.
