- Invested over £200,000 in venue resources for arts, culture, and community use.
- Delivered 1,020 art workshops with 1,960 people taking part.
- Delivered over 1,500 live music events.
- Supported over 7,000 musicians.
- Au audience over 100,000 people.
- Over 160 arts and heritage exhibitions, with over 6,800 pieces of art and over 200 people exhibiting for the first time.
- Delivered over 240 poetry and creative writing events.
- Delivered over 200 film and documentary screenings.
- Delivered over 120 dance events and 10 local festivals.
- Delivered 60 rural outreach art events and activities.
- 96 comedy events.
- Over 3,000 young people involved in creative activity.
- 800 club and community gatherings supporting over 8,000 people.
- Provided community and business advice to 240 orgs and help create 10 new orgs.
- Donated over 7,800 venue hours for free for community use to the value of £312,000.
- Helped raise over £80,000 for other charities and local arts organisations.
- Paid out nearly £1m for musicians and artist fees with 80% going to local artists.
- Delivered over 65 community projects (see link on this website).

Arts Hub Impact
At our other building The Arts Hub, which was initially supported by the Somerset West & Taunton council, have in just two years delivered 154 events and activities with 2,503 people involved as audiences and 1,193 young people involved in art-based activities and more data can be viewed in an impact video (4 minutes and 18 seconds in) made for the SWT council:

Financial Evidence
CICCIC operates two buildings, which is Memorial Hall in Paul St, and Arts Hub at Flook House. We are solely responsible for all operations, running costs and financially responsible for each of these buildings.
Should you require financial information to evidence our financial status we provide the following documents:
- December 2023 bank statement (redacted) showing £27.33 balance
- Profit & Loss for last 4 quarters shows how income has changed since May 2023 and the increase in utility costs.
- Latest end or year confirmed accounts
Event Delivery
Based on future programming we will deliver the following activities over the 3 month period of the project, which would include:
- 30 live music events, with 5 community based music collaboration events (part of project)
- 6 comedy events (delivered but we are not asking for funding for this part but should we close this part would be affected)
- 6 dance events (delivered but we are not asking for funding for this part but should we close this part would be affected)
- 75 art workshops, (life drawing, painting, drawing, printmaking and part of project)
- 3 art exhibitions, (based on workshop attendee work and wider community networks but we are not asking for funding for this part but should we close this part would be affected)
- 30 youth-based theatre, music and art activities (part of project)
- 12 rehearsals, (delivered but we are not asking for funding for this part but should we close this part would be affected)
- the support of 8 arts related community meetings known as Creative Club (delivered but we are not asking for funding for this part but should we close this part would be affected)
